Shipping and Returns

AUSTRALIA

All orders will be processed immediately upon receiving payment, and shipped out no later than the following business day from our Newtown store. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 1-7 working days. All orders are tracked. Orders containing spray paint can only be shipped by road courier.

Road Courier
Road courier deliveries cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes. In most cases, a signature is required as confirmation of delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left behind with instructions on how to complete the delivery. Road courier order typically leave our store around 2pm on weekdays, and we do our best to get your order packed and on the truck ASAP.

Australia Post
We use two methods with Australia Post: Standard Post and Express Post. We cannot ship orders containing spray paint with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL

Australia Post
All orders will be processed immediately upon receiving payment, and shipped out no later than the following business day using International Air Mail with tracking. Depending on your location, most orders sent with Air Mail should be delivered within 4-14 working days. We are unable to send spray paint orders internationally.  

RETURNS

We will exchange or refund your purchase if there is a legitimate fault involved. This will only be accepted within 30 days of making the order and provided that the product is in its original, unused condition. We will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if you selected the wrong colour or size, so choose correctly. Please notify us before you return an item and include your order number.
